A #brand's image is also a matter of #packaging.
It is an important vector that follows the evolution of #brand's message. The product, in its #packaging, is the first brick of any visual #communication, it is the center around which the whole #brand book gravitates.
Any advertising campaign would be unacceptable with the old packaging.
But sometimes, by neglect, or due to lack of time, or lack of resources, the retailers, who use product's visual materials in their own communication, are not always aware of the latest packaging changes ..... It's a shame for the brand.
If it is impossible, because very costly, to re-print catalogs or posters, on the other hand, it is very easy and cheap to change a picture on an e-store or market place HTML page.
Still, someone needs to know that there is a packaging error !.
